rome

In Rome, I only had access to one lens, a 50mm with no zoom. This first started as a struggle but became more of a task I set to see how well my photographs would turn out based on nothing but skill and perspective.

It was difficult since street photography is a genre that you can't necessarily have multiply chances with. I missed many opportunities for interesting shots but was still able to capture moments that, over time, have become my favorite images.

Street photography has always been a main focus in my photography career since it shows the raw emotions and movements of someones day to day life.

I captured an observer fully immersed in a gallery, a lady deeply focused on a book while waiting for the metro and a man subtly posing for his friends photograph.

These are moments you cant stage or recreate, these are the photographs I focus on as it shows how we're all living individual lives while still being together in one world. I want to capture the memories and emotions people don't realize they're missing.
